1. CHANGED YOUR MIND?

You have 30 days after delivery to change your mind.

Conditions:

Sealed bags, in perfect condition (unopened, undamaged).
Bundles: Refund is prorated based on the unopened bags, calculated at the pack's unit price.
Return Shipping: At your expense (unless it's our mistake or a defective product). Please use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt.

The Refund:

Product cost + standard shipping cost (if you return the entire order).
Credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return (allow 2–4 days for processing).

2. WANT TO EXCHANGE?

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way:

Return the unopened bags.
Place a new order for your new favorite flavor.

Exception: If there is a packing error or the product arrived damaged, we will reship for free.

3. OOPS, ISSUE UPON DELIVERY?

Contact us within 72h with: photos of the box and products, the visible shipping label, and your Order #.
We will replace or refund you immediately.

4. WANT TO CANCEL OR EDIT?

Once an order is placed, our team packs it at lightning speed to get it to you ASAP. For this reason, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification.

If the package has already shipped, you can request a return upon delivery (subject to the conditions above).

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Opened / unsealed bags (food safety regulations).
Products damaged due to poor return packaging.
Gift cards and items marked as "Final Sale".
